We provide Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, and Social Work services. These are tailored to support chronic conditions, injury recovery, disabilities, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Many locations also offer partnered Dietetic and Podiatry services.

2. Do you accept NDIS, DVA, or Medicare referrals?

Yes. We work with a wide range of funding providers including:

  • NDIS (Self and Plan managed)

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

  • Medicare (via GP referral)

  • Return to Work SA

  • My Aged Care - Home Care Packages

  • Private Health

  • CTP insurance

3. Do I need a referral?

Not always. You can book privately without a referral. However, some funding programs (like Medicare or DVA) do require a GP referral.

4. How do I make an appointment?

You can call us directly, use our online booking system (if applicable), or ask your GP or support coordinator to refer you. We also accept email enquiries.

5. What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring:

  • Any referral letters or paperwork (if applicable)

  • A list of your medications

  • Comfortable clothing for movement

  • Your Medicare or health fund card if using benefits

6. Do you offer home visits or telehealth?

Yes. We offer both home visits and telehealth consultations depending on your location, funding type, and clinical need.

7. How long are appointments?

Initial consultations are usually 30–60 minutes depending on funding models. Follow-up sessions range from 30–60 minutes depending on the service and your goals.

8. What’s the difference between Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy?

  • Exercise Physiology focuses on managing chronic health conditions through structured movement and long-term behaviour change.

  • Physiotherapy is more hands-on and deals with acute injury recovery, mobility, and pain management.

We often work together to support your full recovery and independence.
