Danial De Gouveia

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Danial graduated from the University of Queensland and relocated from Brisbane to join the team. Originally from South Africa, Danial has been involved with resistance training and sports for over 10 years and after discovering the industry of clinical exercise physiology he relocated to Australia to pursue this career.
He has an interest in working in oncology and cardiac rehabilitation, but all in all he enjoys working with anyone and building a strong relationship. Always keen for a good chat and to learn new things from each person he speaks to.
When not at work I thoroughly enjoy dining out, heading to the beach for a swim, catching up with friends and family from back home and thoroughly enjoy cooking. Huge football (soccer) fan and will guaranteed stay up till 3am to watch the game.
Ericka San Juan

Ericka recently moved from New South Wales to South Australia. Originally from the Philippines, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Sports Science in 2016 and has worked in the fitness industry ever since. In 2022, she moved to Australia to study her Masters in Exercise Physiology at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2024.
Ericka has mainly worked with the general population, older adults, and musculoskeletal clients. She also has a strong interest in helping NDIS participants and people with neurological conditions. She focuses on using exercise to build strength and confidence, support functional capacity and longevity.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Ericka doing her own workouts, hunting down the best Korean food spots or binge-watching K-Dramas.
Marita Nelson

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Marita has a passion for helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals.
Marita has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement (UniSA), a Masters in High Performance Sport (Australian Catholic University), and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Charles Sturt University), as well as Post-Graduate certificate in Pain Science (UniSA).
Marita has grown up in and resides in the Fleurieu Peninsula. She is passionately involved within the local community and sporting clubs, including hockey and surf life saving.
When Marita isn't in the sporting/gym environment, she can be found spending time with her family and Great Dane, relaxing at the beach, checking out the local food stops or renovating at home.
