Hayden Martin

CLINIC DIRECTOR AND SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
I’m extremely passionate about Veteran’s health and love working with musculoskeletal injuries. I’m also a strong believer in the benefits of being physically active for our mental health. I love seeing our programs continue to evolve and our team continue to be able to help more people in our communities.
My hobbies include spending time with my son, strength training as a daily ritual, reading and anything basketball related.
Kelsey Livens

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Kelsey completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with Honours in 2021. She loves helping people to feel better and achieve their goals through personalised movement programs. She has a particular interest in supporting Veterans health and mental health conditions.
When not working Kelsey enjoys reading a good book, going for walks, and traveling the world!
Chloe D'Aloisio

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Chloe joined the Pro-active team in 2025 and offers both in-clinic and hydrotherapy appointments.
Her passion for Exercise Physiology stemmed from her interest of sports development and injury prevention. She enjoys working with clients to improve their strength and achieve their goals alongside their overall health so they can continue to do the things they enjoy in life.
Carla Roocke

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Carla has a special interest in assisting those with muscle or joint conditions, disability and sporting injuries. Carla has completed additional training in complex shoulder conditions, running and lower body injuries. She is also certified running coach.
Outside of work Carla likes to spend her time cycling, running or swimming, or enjoying the Barossa food and wine.
Pashmeena Lal

CARE COORDINATOR AND SOCIAL WORKER
Pashmeena has experience supporting clients facing complex challenges, including safety planning, risk assessments, and connecting individuals with housing and other essential services. This experience has strengthened her ability to work empathetically, and advocate for clients while navigating sensitive and sometime high-risk situations.
Pashmeena is passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges and fostering wellbeing, resilience and connection. Her goal is to create a safe and respectful space where people feel heard and empowered to work towards meaningful change.
Outside of work, you'll find Pashmeena in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, or exploring local cafes and hidden gems around town.
Tori Munchenberg

LEAD ADMINISTRATOR
My name is Tori and I'm the Lead Administrator at Pro-Active Health HM.
I bring over 10 years of experience in customer service, along with a background studying in Animal Science. I’m passionate about helping others and enjoy the dynamic nature of juggling work and family life.
Outside of the office, I love spending quality time with my young family, getting out on the water kayaking, playing hockey, gardening, challenging myself with puzzles and playing board games.
Caitlin McManus

DIETITIAN
Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and part of the Fuel Your Life team in Gawler and the Barossa Valley.
She has experience working with people who have a diverse range of conditions, including chronic health concerns, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management, and nutrition for mental health. She has also worked closely with people who have neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.
Caitlin is dedicated to providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her approach focuses on practical and sustainable nutrition strategies that align with each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and abilities. By considering both the medical and social aspects of nutrition, Caitlin helps clients develop realistic and enjoyable eating habits that support long-term health.
