BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER AND SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Michael joined the Pro-Active team in May 2023, working within the gym and pool based clinics.
His passion for Exercise Physiology stemmed from his interest of sports development and injury rehabilitation. He enjoys working with clients to improve their strength, alongside their overall health, so they can continue to do the things they enjoy in life.
Outside of work, Michael plays soccer and enjoys spending time cooking and socialising with friends and family.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Brady joined Pro-active Health in mid 2021, working in both gym and hydrotherapy environments.
He enjoys assisting clients with a range of conditions and has interests in chronic pain, cardiovascular conditions, arthritis, mental health and Veterans' health.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling, keeping physically active, watching sports, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Joseph has an industry background working with clients within the NDIS space but maintains an interest in a broad range of clinical health settings. He has a strong passion for working with clients to integrate physical activity into their lives, in ways that are both fun and sustainable for them.
When he is not at work, Joseph plays drums in a local band and shares his leisure time with his German Shepherd x Malinois 'Gus'

Hi there. My name is Gabriel and I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and develop their confidence to tackle life strongly both mentally and physically.  

Studied in both South Australia and Victoria, I have graduated in both an Honours Degree of Exercise Physiology and a bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science. I have also had experience at high level sport, being involved in the ACS FFSA Football Program and volunteering in the Athlete Development Program at Tyndale Christian School. 

When I’m not working you can find me playing soccer, at the gym or playing the guitar.

Hey, my name is Max and I am enthusiastic about sharing the countless health benefits of exercise through my practice as an Exercise Physiologists! 

I have been involved in some sort of exercise/physical activity my whole life. From playing multiple sports as a kid and starting strength training in my late teens. Currently I am involved in Powerlifting and baseball as my hobbies outside of work.

Hello, my name is Diksha Kc, and I’m the Care Coordinator at Pro-Active Health, specializing in providing support for Veterans. My role involves working closely with our Veterans to ensure they receive the care and resources they need to enhance their overall health and wellbeing. Whether it's through one-on-one consultations, group activities, or coordinating tailored services, I’m here to assist with any challenges and help foster a strong, supportive community.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Craig has 17 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.

He has worked in private practice for 15 years before spending 2 years in occupational rehabilitation, performing onsite work.

He has undertaken extensive post-graduate study in various areas of physiotherapy, including sports physiotherapy, pain science, tendon rehabilitation, lower back pain, shoulder rehabilitation, clinical Pilates, and running-related injuries.

Outside of work, Craig maintains an active lifestyle, with a background in several competitive sports and marathon running.
