Kaajal Prasad

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Kaajal graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Previously, Kaajal worked in a predominantly NDIS community role before joining ProActive Health in September 2022. With over 2 years experience working with musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions, Kaajal has worked with people from all walks of life.
Kaajal is also passionate about providing clients with the skills needed for a lifetime of healthy movement, and her main goal is to provide exceptional care that’s tailored to each individual.
In her spare time, Kaajal enjoys boxing, and is currently learning to roller skate.

With seven years experience in sports and musculoskeletal pain and injuries, I love working with people to get back to the activities they enjoy doing. I also have a special interest in hip and knee injuries. When I'm not at work you'll find me at the gym, out enjoying the sunshine or binging tv shows.

Hi, I’m Aaron! I’m passionate about helping individuals with chronic conditions improve their quality of life, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support my clients on their personal journeys to better health and well-being.
One group I especially enjoy working with is DVA clients. It’s inspiring to hear their stories and to be a part of their path toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. Their resilience and strength are truly motivating, and I’m grateful to be a part of their healthcare journey.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my two-year-old son. Whether it’s exploring new activities or just enjoying quality time together, he never fails to keep me on my toes! I’m also a huge sports fan – you’ll often find me watching AFL, MMA, and cricket, and I enjoy discussing all things sports whenever I can.
Gabriel Avalos

My name is Gabriel and I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and develop their confidence to tackle life strongly both mentally and physically.
Studied in both South Australia and Victoria, I have graduated in both an Honours Degree of Exercise Physiology and a bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science. I have also had experience at high level sport, being involved in the ACS FFSA Football Program and volunteering in the Athlete Development Program at Tyndale Christian School.

Hi my name is Caitlyn, I am a part of the Administration team at Pro-active Health and I am studying the Bachelor of Social Science at the University of South Australia. In my spare time I enjoy running, horseback riding, music concerts, travel adventures and eating lots of pasta.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER AND SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Michael joined the Pro-Active team in May 2023, working within the gym and pool based clinics.
His passion for Exercise Physiology stemmed from his interest of sports development and injury rehabilitation. He enjoys working with clients to improve their strength, alongside their overall health, so they can continue to do the things they enjoy in life.
Outside of work, Michael plays soccer and enjoys spending time cooking and socialising with friends and family.

I’m a Care Coordinator at Proactive Health, where I specialize in supporting veterans by helping them access the care and resources they deserve. I’m passionate about building strong connections and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
