Group Exercise Physiology Sessions
Our group sessions are designed and led by university-qualified Exercise Physiologists to deliver safe, effective, and personalised exercise in a supportive, social setting. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or aiming to improve mobility, strength or fitness, our small group classes provide the expert guidance of individual care with the motivation and affordability of a group environment.
We offer tailored group programs for:
Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, arthritis)
Falls prevention and balance
Strength and conditioning
Active ageing and mobility
Post-rehabilitation support
NDIS and DVA participants
With individualised progress tracking and evidence-based programming, our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and most medical backgrounds.
