The Stay Steady program is designed to help individuals improve balance, strength, and coordination to reduce the risk of falls and maintain independence. Falls are a leading cause of injury, particularly for older adults or those with mobility challenges. This program focuses on targeted exercises, education, and confidence-building strategies to enhance stability and prevent falls before they happen.

Led by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, Stay Steady supports individuals who feel unsteady on their feet, have a history of falls, or want to maintain their mobility and independence as they age.
